Realme, one of Oppo’s sub-brands, is gearing up to make a grand entrance with its upcoming flagship phone, the Realme GT5 Pro. This smartphone has already made waves in the performance department by breaking AnTuTu’s records. Here are the details:

Realme, a subsidiary of Oppo, is continuing preparations for its flagship device, the Realme GT5 Pro, which will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform. Details and performance tests for this device have started surfacing on the internet. The latest addition to the Realme GT5 series has set a new record on AnTuTu.

Realme GT5 Pro Sets an AnTuTu Record

The recently unveiled Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 has made a significant impact with its performance enhancements. This processor, expected to power mainstream devices from companies like Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, and Nubia, was reported to have an average AnTuTu score of around 2.1 million. Today, the Realme GT5 Pro, among these devices, set a new record with its AnTuTu score.

Looking at the shared image, we can see that the Realme GT5 Pro is listed with the model number “RMX3888.” However, the most crucial point here is the AnTuTu score. The flagship phone surpassed the previous record of 2,110,808 points set by the OnePlus 12, achieving a total score of 2,229,696 points. This score is even higher than the reference values specified for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

What to Expect from the Realme GT5 Pro?

The final specifications of the Realme GT5 Pro have not been officially disclosed yet. However, current reports suggest that the phone will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2K+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate on the front. In the camera department, it is expected to have a 32MP selfie camera, a brand new 50MP primary camera (Sony IMX966) with a 1/1.4-inch sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera (IMX890) with 2.7x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor.

The Realme GT5 Pro is expected to come in dimensions of 161.6 x 75.1 x 9.2mm and weigh 220 grams. It is anticipated to be offered with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage options. The phone will ship with Android 14 out of the box and a 5,260mAh battery pack, powered by the confirmed Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
